About Me
Registered Massage Therapist • Thai Massage Instructor

Hi - I'm Jacquelynn!
My Relationship with Pain
My relationship with pain began early. At three years old, I experienced severe migraines that felt like hammers pounding inside my skull. Over time, I developed both a high pain tolerance and a deep empathy for people living with pain that isn’t always visible.

I was born with mild scoliosis, which created underlying postural imbalances from a young age. At 18, a motorcycle accident further disrupted my body, leading to nerve symptoms, spinal instability, and long-standing dysfunction. Over time, these imbalances contributed to a shoulder dislocation, reinforcing how deeply posture, joint mechanics, and alignment affect the entire body. From the outside, I appeared healthy, but internally my body was constantly compensating.

Becoming My Own Case Study
My turning point was movement. Yoga initially provided relief, but it was during massage therapy school that I began to understand how posture, joint mobility, and structural alignment influence pain and function. I became my own case study, testing and refining techniques through direct experience.
I became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2021. Between 2022 and 2024, I began studying Thai massage in Canada, eventually continuing my training in Thailand in 2024 and 2025. This work reshaped how I view the body—not as isolated parts, but as an integrated system of movement, breath, and connection.

Rebuilding from the Ground Up
In 2025, I shifted my focus toward rebuilding my body from the ground up, beginning with my feet. By restoring natural foot function, I improved my balance, stability, and connection to the ground. As my posture reorganized, the shift was systemic: pressure through my spine and abdomen reduced, my digestion improved, and my breathing became easier. By improving how my body was aligned, I was able to significantly reduce the effects of my scoliosis and move with a sense of ease.

This experience now shapes how I work with clients. Aligning the body does not just change how you move, it changes how you function as a whole.
My Professional Evolution (2017–2026)

My approach is a synthesis of nearly a decade of clinical study and traditional mastery. I bridge the gap between treatment and training to help you move from a state of compensation into long-term health.

The Signature Strategy
I don't just work on you; I collaborate with you to decode your body’s unique patterns. Every session is a strategic blend of clinical logic and traditional leverage. We begin by inhibiting the "bully" muscles that lock you into compensation—utilizing the rhythmic pressure of Thai Yoga Massage and mixed Thai modalities as needed [Tok Sen (Tapping Energy), Pa Ka Ma (Thai Cloth Stretching), Thai Foot Reflexology, and Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Massage)] to quiet the nervous system.

From this state of ease, we lengthen through Thai Stretching, Myofascial Release (MFR), and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) resistance techniques to restore fascial glide. Finally, we move into mobilization and activation, using Thai Yoga Massage and isometric resistance to restore joint space and "lock in" your new neutral stack. The result is a body that doesn't just feel better, but functions with structural integrity.

My Mission
I work with the people who have tried it all—those who feel "misaligned" and are looking for something that addresses the root of the issue rather than temporary relief. My goal is to help you understand your body so you can move, feel, and function more efficiently.

"I’m not just here to fix your posture; I’m here to help you disrupt the 'caged' bracing of modern life and reclaim the feral, functional integrity of your Rewilded natural neutral self."
